2003 tiburon exhaust manifold
 

I know there is a recall on some 2.0l exhaust manifolds but was wondering if the new manifolds had cuts in them between 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. the inspector thought they were cracked but looks like they are cut, it is perfectly straight
if someone would help me out would be great

Could be stress relieving cuts to eliminate the manifold cracking problem.

thats what i think but was not sure
