2005 2.0l motor+trans swap into 2008
 

Hello, I just recently had to swap the motor and transmission from my 2005 2.0l into my 2008 2.0l body. Everything is fine except it doesn't seem to be picking up alot of the transmission plugs and sensors and the OBD2 is throwing me all transmissions codes, 8-9 of the same ones every time I reset. On test runs the transmission clunks into 3rd and then starts throwing codes. When turning around to return from the run the transmission automatically jumps into 3rd and doesn't go into 1st via electronic shift and will only let me start in 2nd. Also when returning from test run the transmission would not hit 4th gear in auto or electric shift. Maybe pinouts are different between the years so I tried to swap out the ECU when I noticed the wonderful mushroom head built holding the last bracket on top holding the ECU to the firewall. Any help would be very appreciated.
