2005 Hyundai Tiburon Passenger Airbag deployed.
 

I have bought a car in some sort of minor accident, it needs the front suspension assembly and a tire, but that's not the worst part, the passenger airbag has deployed, and there's one problem. I need to buy the whole dash, because the airbag deployment area is not separate from the rest of the dash. This could turn out to over 1000 bucks. Otherwise, it's a very clean car, had a good driver, the front is starting to crack, that's an optional replacement, it's not really visible, though I might change it. The back seat only fits a dog or cat (If you know what I mean). Overall good car :)

Questions:
1) Is there any way to fix this problem without a new dashboard.
2) Would the dashboard from the 2001-2008 Tiburons fit 2005?

Yes, it needs to pass the safety inspection. Duck tape anyone?
