6spd stuck in gear
 

I traded for a 2003 tiburon gt. the guy said the shifter broke. I looked at it and saw the cables were unhooked. Thought easy fix but boy was I wrong. It appears it is stuck in gear. If you put it in the neutral position the car will still take off when the clutch is let out. If you put it any other gear and let the clutch out it dogs the engine and kills it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
