Engine Rebuild

Hey can anybody give me a list of things i should replace when i rebuild the engine? i know i need rings seeming as i probably have none left the way its burning oil.

autozone usually has some sort of engine they can hook you up with. If you want to rebuild you might want to start from the ground up.
