HARD 2 START 2003Tiburon

I had a 100,000 mile tuneup,replaced plugs,timing belt etc. Now,especially when it is
hot outside or it sits in sun it turns over several times til I rest it and then it will start!?? They said it wasn't solenoid. After the huge service it still does it.
