What kind of oil should I use on my 2006 tiburon gs?

 

If you check in your owner's manual there are different recommendations for summer and winter temperatures.

A lot of folks changed from mineral base motor oil to semi or full synthetic motor oil.

Some say if mileage is pretty high, maybe switching to synthetic is not a good idea. For a 2006 year vehicle switching to full synthetic might bring out leaks that were not present before. The majority of the time the owner's manual recommendation was fine..
