Power Steering Pump Problem

Power Steering Pump Problem
I have a 2001 Tiburon and the power steering pump will whine, belt will slip, pulley will stop when I turn the steering wheel. I have replaced the belt, I put the BG power flush through the system, ran the car in the air for about 15 minuets, drained all the power steering fluid out (wheels in the air turned the steering left and right while pump was running for a few moments with the return hose emptying into a bottle). Pulled off the reservoir, shot NON-CHLORINATED BRAKE-KLEEN through the screen best I could, and let it dry. Then filled the reservoir with fresh power steering fluid from Hyundai (came with the BG power flush kit). Tested and made no sound ran great in the air. Lowered back down started up and it is still doing the same thing as soon as I turn the wheels. Time for a new/rebuilt pump? Thanks

Verify your Alternator belt is in good condition (pliable rubber/les than 60,000 mile) and good and tight...
Alt belt drives water pump pulley, and P/S belt driven off water pump pulley.. you can have P/s tight, but the source of power needs good grip too (alternator belt).

Broke down and bought a new pump along with a filter for the power steering.
Also found out the proper tension on the three belts should be 1/4 twist of the belt. Grab the belt on the long side and you should be able to just get it to turn 1/4. This was from a Hyundai tech himself who told me.
