Remote Lock problem, please help!

I have a 2003 Tiburon 2.7L v6 GT, my keyless remote flashes when i hit a button, but doesnt unlock/lock the doors...?? what could this be?

my 2000 tiburon car manual explains how to set the remotes, have you checked yours. your dealer should do it for free if resetting is all that is wrong with it. good luck
