Window Washer Fluid Is Not Working (not spraying) In The Rear

Hello all. I don't post much but find this forum very informative. I have a 2004 Tiburon 6 cyl automatic and love it!

By getting an answer to a question I can probably figure out why my rear window washer fluid is not working (not spraying), and know the answer can be found here.

My problem is my window washer fluid is not spraying fluid in the rear. The front works fine.

Question 1: Does a 2004 GT tiburon have two pumps for this (one for the front and one for the rear) or one?

This is the only question I think I need answered to begin troubleshooting. However any suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks in advance

Replace the pump...

I'd first check the line for kinks or clogs. Then check the pump. There is only one pump that I'm aware of.

Thanks Nova, that diagram is very helpful. I really don't think it's the pump (although I could be wrong) as the front washer works fine.

However, the day after I posted about my back window washer not working, my back windshield wiper doesn't work. I was watching it and it just stopped. Murphy's law had it stop working right in the middle of the window too lol.

Now I need to find the fuse and work backwards. Hopefully nothing got pinched back there when opening and closing the trunk.

UPDATE: The fuse did blow for the back winsheild wiper which I replaced and test ok. However the extra little turn on the knob one would do to release washer fluid in the back blows the fuse. So I am assuming that they are both on the same circuit, going through the same fuse and accessing the pump shorts it out.

Guess my next step is replacing the pump afterall. :)
