Default 2009 Tucson not firing after 2 weeks idle

I have a 2009 Tucson, 2.0L, 188K. Manual Trans. Engine runs great when running... no codes. If the car sits for approx 2 weeks... Engine is hard starting (but turns over fine) (does not fire). After a few minutes... it will eventually start, and will run perfect... no sputtering at startup..etc... I am guessing it is a fuel rail pressure issue?? maybe pump loss of prime or ???? If the car sits for a day or 2...not an issue.... only a problem with extended period of times without starting.

After it has sat for the time in question, when attempting to start it, don't turn the key all the way to start ,but shut it off and turn on again. This provides some addl fuel . Let's see if it starts easier after that.
