2013 Hyundai Tucson wing on front wiper blade
 

I had my windshield replaced. They also replaced my wiper blades. They took the wing/fin off of the larger blade when they replaced it. But, they did not put it on the new blade. I've tried every way to put it back on, but to no avail. Any one know how to do that?
