2014 Tuscon Headrest Sitting Weird
 

I have a 2014 Tuscon and I just notice that the headrest on the front passengers seat is sitting more forward. I compared it to the drivers side and it looks like it is sitting much further forward than it should be.

I know it has 'active' headrests and I'm guessing for some reason this one got activated or something and now it's sitting weird.

Is there some way I can reset it or make it go back to normal? I've have the metal posts go back to the middle again? :confused: without going and buying a new one.

Have you ever read the owners manual?

Those headrests are adjustable. Usually a ratcheting mechanism with 3 settings. Pull it all the way forward and it then resets backwards.

Correct^ ... The headrest probably got adjusted by accident.

Thank You!!! I think I looked at every page in the manual I have and it made no mention of that! Just talked about how to remove it and how it was an 'active' headrest. That video was a huge help and I've got it back to normal again :) thanks!!
