I keep getting check engine lights in my 2015 Hyundai Tucson.

Jan 10 2018 Check Engine Light Comes On (CELCO) they fix with purge valve.

Jan 27 2020 CELCO, they get four error messages (PO455, PO300, PO302 and PO 304). They update monitoring logic and reset.

April 2 2020 CELCO error message PO455. They remedy with new gas cap.

Dec 8 2020 CELCO error message PO455. Error message lacks specificity on where it leaks. They remedy with new purge valve.

Oct 24 2021 CELCO. The soonest I can take it in is Nov 5 2021 which I had to scheduled two months previous.

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of check engine light?

 

That 455 code can get a little difficult to pin down and sometimes a smoke machine is required to locate the problem.

Can we ask if you try to top off the fuel to get as much in as possible or do you stop fueling when the nozzle shuts off the first time?

Topping off creates some problems and gets expensive to correct the damage it does.to the charcoal canister , lines and valves.
