Question 60,000 mile tuneup cost

Firestone wants $1831.00 to do a tune up one my 2008 Tucson. Is that way to much like I think it is?

Does your Tucson have a V6 or V8 engine?
If it does then changing the back 3 or 4 spark plugs ...
require removing the intake manifold which take a couple of hours.
Then there is the question about the timing chain or belt?
If your Tucson uses a timing belt
then it cost anywhere between a few hundred to a thousand dollars to change it

Just changed the timing belt on my Toyota Sienna. Cost $950 dollars
Of course, I had the water pump done at the same time.
And replaced the two accessory belts (alternator and AC belts)
