Default Same car same issue

Sorry to be relieved that I am not the only one! Same car same issue here. I took a demo car for a weekend to test drive it and had the same issue with that. Put it to a fault and went ahead with purchase. It has been a recurring problem with this car too. I have put it down to the wind, mine is the only car that it happens to on the road, the drive is not particularly exposed even.

Took it to the garage today, just had a calm to say they can’t find a problem. They’re going to keep it longer for further tests but my worry is that the as we’re getting in to spring we may not get the wind again until autumn and don’t want the same problem next year. Always goes off in the middle of the night too...sure my neighbours love me!!

Please keep in touch to let me know the outcome of yours and I will do the same.

hi mate turned out to be be a door component technician split it and found solder adrift this was fixed and then after two days the touch screen stopped working ended up rejecting the car still waiting for replacement .if they can,t find the problem reject the car and make them get you a replacement. my dealer told me he had been in touch with every hyundai dealer and assured me mine was the only one with electrical issues, looks like he lied. it may be worth asking your dealer to get in touch with BRISTOL STREET MOTORS in MANSFIELD NOTTS and asking them exactly where the solder had come adrift my reg FN21 WWT IT MAY HELP
