blinker/tail light problem
 

I have a 2006 tucson that is having a problem with the blinkers/left tail light. The blinkers currently dont work and the left tail light is out. The tail light is out due to a blown fuse, but here is the problem. When I change the fuse and turn the lights on they come on but the left blinker comes on solid too (which it shouldnt even come on) and then the fuse blows again.

Ive read about the relay problem with the older tiburons but I dont know if this is something with a bad ground or the relay. I also have no idea where the flasher relay is on this car and if its attached to the bcm like the tiburons were?

Got a trailer wire kit on it ?

There is a hitch with light hookup but its never used and has been on the car since purchase.
