Here is a great site you should sign up for. It's FREE!
http://www.hyundaitechinfo.com/

The below info comes from there:

- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the trim and other parts.

1. Remove the shift lever knob(A).

2. Remove the front console upper cover (A) and disconnect the connector (B).

Bump for pictures!

Bumping to see if I can get these pictures somehow. they're showing up as Red X's for me. I know I've seen them before and they were very helpful but at the time I didn't end up upgrading my radio. To add a little background, I've got a base model 2008 hyundai Tucson that I'm looking to upgrade the radio in so I can plug my iPod right in and play music through it. It's single DIN (I believe) with a tray underneath it. I'd love to leave the tray there as I use it for small things while driving. I've been rolling with an FM Transmitter but I'm travelling more now and the transmitter just isn't cutting it anymore.

Edit: I've checked that HMA website but it's quite technical and I was not able to navigate myself anywhere close to what I was looking for.
