I just purchased the 2012 Tuscon GLS and I didn't get a screen either.

Cargo cover is part of the top-level "Limited" package. It's not part of the base "GL" or the mid-level "GLS" packages.

We just purchased a limited and it has one. It also has the cargo net and cargo mat.

You won't get the Cargo Screen unless you purchase the Limited trim level. But you can still purchase the item post-factory.

Here's a link to the Genuine OEM Hyundai Tucson Cargo Screen that is applicable to the 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 model years. You have options between two colors, being Black and Brown. Also, it's extremely easy to install yourself, so don't worry about having to take it back to the dealership to install it. So feel free to do it yourself.
