Does '22 tucson hybrid need fuel injector cleaning
Took my '22 Tucson hybrid limited in for oil change at 41k miles. Bought it in May of '21 so haven't put a real lot of miles on it annually. They recommended new spark plugs for $312. Seemed early for that, but then I looked it up and saw Hyundai recommended changing at 46k, so maybe they're being honest about that one.
But what I'm really curious about is they also recommended something called a Top Engine Fuel Injector Cleaning for $150. Never heard of that. What does it involve? Do I really need it? Do all you other Tucson owners have that done? If it makes a difference, I always use Top Tier gas.
Thanks

It IS early for them and I never heard about that either. Ask them for the details indicating the spark plugs looked worn or had bad gaps. Or any facts. The other thing is not needed but it won't hurt your car. Just your wallet.
