Identifying my 2007 Tucson Engine

Hi, I have a 2007 Tucson that is located in The Bahamas. The engine has developed a knock and I would like to replace it with a used motor of the USA. I am fairly sure that my model has a different motor in it than the U.S. models so I would like to identify what motor I have to see if another US model Hyundai has the same motor. Any help would be much appreciated. Mathew
