Need help downloading software update file
 

Hi All,

I recently got a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited Ultimate, and I'm trying to update the software so I can get Apple CarPlay on it, but I'm having issues. I logged into my Hyundai account on my MacBook Pro (MacOS High Sierra, Safari browser), and when I try to download the file, it only gives me the option to download the .exe file and not the .dmg file. I can't do anything with the .exe file because it's a Windows OS file. I tried downloading the file using Firefox as well and same thing. Anyone else on MacOS run into this issue? Any solutions??
