Default New Aftermarket Stereo (No Sound)

I just installed a Kenwood DNX5120 Stereo in my car. Everything works, but I get no sound. Did I miss something? PLEASE HELP!!! Mike

So did you try to put the old radio back in to see if the speakers still work?

So you are having a problem with a non-Hyundai aftermarket stereo that you installedand you expect us to know what is wrong?

Double check your wiring. Most audio systems in newer cars have the speakers routed through an amplifier in a remote location. These amplifiers are powered by a switched lead off of the head unit. No power, no sound. You should find a lead on the back of the new radio marked "AMP"
