Newby saying hello and asking for help

Hi I'm new to this site.
I live in the Highlands of Scotland.
I own a Hyundai Tucson and have done for 2 years with out any problems until today.
I did not know there was a site until today for Hyundai owners as I have looked in the past.
I am looking for a bit of help or advise.
Last night I inadvertantly left the drivers side window half open.
What did it do for the first time in weeks.
Poured it down.
Went to start the car this morning, had no exeleration on pushing the exelerator pedal, there are 2 orange lights flashing constantly 4WD System warning light and Malfunction Indicator Light for exhust gas.
When I turn the engine off the horn sounds once.
I beleive I may have water sitting somewhere causing a short, as everything was ok last night until it rained inside that is.
Can any one please help enlighten me?????

Kindest Regards

Mointeach

Yeah, it sounds like you have some major water issues with the electrical system. That's not really something that can be figured out over the iIternet. I'd find a good mechanic that deals with electrical problems.
