Default Official dealership wants to change the clutch...but don't explain why

Hallo everybody
I'm new at this forum and would like to say Hi! to all
I own a 2019 Tucson, 1.6 crdi 136 hp dct, htrac
Bought about three months ago withs some 38000km.
I live in France.
Drives really nice, has some minor software awkwardness...and is shaking slightly noticable when accelerating between 30 and 60 to 80 km/h.
I came across some user experiences from the people on the web who said that the feeling is related to the car construction and is no big deal (which really isn't). I went to a dealership on the 23.11. (they sold me the car with own 1 year warranty) and they said that the issue may be clutch related. On 10.12. they want to check it once more (Hyundai warranty expires on 14.12.) and probably change the whole clutch. When I asked why, they said: it's better this way, because the factory warranty will expire. On my insisting to know the reason to do such an extensive repair, with possibility to achieve no result, they stood by their statement: it's better this way.
Front axle and steering checked. They did a test drive, too.
My question would be:
what would you do?
what is your experience with related problems?
is there a difference between the factory's clutch and the new one they intend to build in?

Your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
