Outdoor Smell & Fumes from A/C vents
I have a hyundai Tucson 4x4 2009 model having it for 4 months now. After 2 months of driving I started smelling outdoor fumes from other cars on the roads even my vents are closed. I have taken it already 3 times to the dealer mechanics. They have check for the leak and check the motors and adjustment on the control and they said everything is fine. Until now whenever I am driving at the speed of 100kph above I smell a misture of fumes & outside air entering the cabin. I cannot breath so I have to open the windows just to get fresh air. I have checked the climate control filter its clean dont know what to do..:confused:Please help.

Is there a way to clean the outside air intake above the hood below the wiper? I dont know if this cause the foul odor. |
Did anybody here tried to clean the outside air intake going to the cabin? There is a plastic covering above the hood below the wiper in the front. this is where I think the outside air is coming through to the cabin and filter. Sorry I just dont know the proper term to this but I hope you got my point. Can you share if how to open it and clean it perhaps.. thanks.
