Default Are these flushes needed?

I have a '22 Tucson hybrid limited, 4.5 years old with 59K miles. I typically get 40-45 MPG so I think my driving style is pretty relaxed. Dealer says I should have these flush services. I've listed the service, cost, in parentheses what it says for each in my owner's manual, in brackets what it says in the maintenance schedule at hyundaiusa.com.

Coolant Flush: Perform Coolant Exchange Service $160 (Engine Coolant/Inverter coolant: Replace at 80K or 10 years) [Replace at 120K]
Transmission Flush: Transmission Fluid Service $180 (Automatic transmission fluid: No check, No service required) [Not listed in online maintenance schedule]
Differential Flush - Rear: Replace 4WD Fluid $190 (Transfer case oil/rear differential oil: Inspect every 48K) [Rear differential oil inspect every 32K]

Seems like Differential is the only one I might need based on my mileage. Given that they recommend all 3, wondering if it's all just a money grab by the dealership and maybe I don't need any of them.
If anyone's had any experience doing or not doing these services that they'd like to share - I'd love to hear it.
Thanks
