Tucson 2.0 CRDi 2005 - clutch problem

Hi there. I have a Tucson CRDi 2.0 2005/4 - great car., done 54000 km so farYesterday I found out that there is a problem with the clutchof this car - it rattles a lot just about 2000 rpms. The problem should be that the clutch mounted in the 2005 version of the Tucson simply is to weak - and the solution to the problem should be to change the clutch to a stronger type. A friend of mine just got this repair for free, because his tucson is from 2005/6, but guess no hope for me except of selling the car and getting a Suzuki instead..... maybee this is a common problem ??? - I have got service for my car every 7500km.. and I have told them about the mysterious sound from the engine, but allways got the answer "that is normal" back.. maybee it isnt that normal though ?? Anyone who has had the same experience ??

Tuscon 2.0 CRTD CDX - Noisy Clutch / Gearbox?

I have a 2005 Tuscon, and for a while I have had a clanking noice a low revs coming from the engine / gearbox area. The car has done 59,000 miles and no other serious problems realy.

I have scanned the interenet today and see some mentions of a common clutch problem and wondered if someone could help me get to the bottom of this prior to me taking into dealership.

I have spoken to the dealership on the phone and they went out of their way to remind me that if I had not followed all the service / maintenance conditions to the words the warranty was invalid!! Good customer service - NOT...

Anyway and help would be appreciated

Bolty
