2008 VeraCruz AC blowing hot
 

I have an 08 VeraCruz that's blowing hot from the front vents. I've tried the AC reset a couple of times. I hear the blend doors bumping rhythmically. It's been doing that on and off for a year, though at odd times. The rear air will blow cold sometimes and this morning was putting out 40 degree air. This afternoon it's putting out 100. I tried replacing the driver's side blend door actuator, no change. Tried replacing the controls, no change. I have checked all the fuses and relays. Changed the relay twice. I even tried disconnecting the blend doors and moving them manually, but that is only a temporary fix and the fan blows them back open.

I'm at a loss as to what is left that I haven't tried. Please advise.

Does your vehicle have automatic climate control or do you select all the functions manually?
