Default door locks not working

I read up on a few answers to my door locks not working. The most common reason seemed to be the drivers side door lock actuator. I ordered one and installed it yesterday (a mild pain in the a#% to do). Anyway, when I hit the door lock button (and)or the remote i hear a click but no door locks. A $119 experiment. I checked the fuse which appeared to be ok. I also read the relays may be bad. Anyone know where to purchase these, where to locate them or how to get them out. Also any other suggetions on how to fix my problem would be greatly appreciated. Its a 2008 veracruz with 64000 miles (just out of warranty). Dont want to get banged over the head at the dealership. Already did that once with the ABS pump a few thousand miles ago. Thanks in advance.
