Rear wiper motor?

My rear wiper moves really slow like the motor is going bad on my Veracruz. How can I check it and has anyone ever replaced one on this forum? Let me know thanks

What year Veracruz? How many miles? If it's under 5 year and 60K miles, it should be covered under the warranty.
