Valve Cover Gasket Leak on 08 Limited

Has anybody had any dealings with Hyundai when the valve cover gasket leaked oil onto the AC compressor and caused it to fail after the warranty ran out? There was a recall in 2014, gasket was replaced, but it still leaked. Hyundai just replaced the gasket again, but would not replace AC compressor.

Solution for valve cover leaks

The solution is simple: change the valve cover with a new one, or just pass it on a plain. I've changed the valve cover seal 3 times, 3 alternator rebuilt, until I discovered how to fixed it. Please share this solution in another forums. It's the only way to fix it.

There is always a reason for repeat problems . What was the reason the valve cover needed to be replaced here, thanks.?

Warped, deformed, I don't know the exact technical term to express. I'm brazilian. I passed a planer and it's fine since two years or 50000 km ago.
