Default 2001 XG300 reliability?

I have never owned a Hyundai, but am looking at a 2001 XG300 for my 17 year old daughter. I have not had a chance to drive it yet or hear it running, but the body and interiro are clean, well kept.

It has 129000 miles on it. I did not see any sighns of rust. The underside is clean, (no obvious oil or coolant leaks.

What should I be worried about? What is the reliability of this model? Any known engine or tranny problems? Suspension problems? Interior, electronics?

The car still books at $4000 for our area, (North Dakota), but the dealer is asking $2900. Makes me a little suspicious.
