Post 2004 XG350L ETACS Module Location

I have been trying to locate the keyless entry module to program a new key fob. I have the Hyundai manual on CD. Removed lower dash crash panel, lower brace, console trim, and even the instrument cluster but haven't found a module with three connectors going to it. In fact, I haven't found any module except the one bolted module under the radio on the floor hump. Oh yeah, I found the ECM in the side kick panel area. I ran the VIN and it shows item 8195 Keyless(304/447mh) which I believe it should have the keyless entry module. I just bought this car a couple of weeks ago and have been doing a good bit of work on it to help insure reliable transportation. It did not have a key fob with it. The service manual says you can program a key fob by moving the switch on the ETACS module to the Set position, hit the lock button on the fob and then return the switch to the off position. If the fob has the correct FCC code, it should work. The problem is I can't find the ETACS module to find the switch so I can giver it a try. The picture they show in the maintenance manual doesn't show s... except for arrows pointing to a black area where they say are the connectors M33-1, M33-2, and M33-3 are suppose to be. Any suggestions?

Regardless of where the unit is, a 2004 model will not have the set switch anymore. FOB learning can be done via HiScan or GDS only.
