Limp mode triggered going over poorly maintained railroad tracks.

The title says it all. There's a set of railroad tracks that have a pretty bad transition. Road crews have tried to fix this about three times now to no avail. Anyway, going to work, I can't avoid it and the 04 XG350 on several occasions has lost all pedal power after going over it at ~35mph. I can get past it fine if going under 5mph, but the road is heavily driven and I don't want to cause any accidents or traffic pile-ups. Most people slow to about 40 before taking it, so I wanted to keep up with everyone else.

When this happens, I have to pull over, stop the engine (it remains running, but just no power), wait ten seconds, restart the engine and everything is fine again.

Any ideas here? Not throwing any codes or CEL. Just no power.

Is it possible I have a bad fuel pump or sending unit? I haven't had the patience to log the exact circumstances of each time this occurred, so best I can say is any major jolt triggers limp mode.
