question about fuse diagram?!

Hi, I just bought a used 2004 XG350 after totalling my old Sonata.. anyway.. none of my cigarette lighter/charger outlets work.. maybe a fuse is blown? I dont know.. and do not have an owners manual.. plz help!!!
