2002 accent gs

I have a 2002 accent with 72000 miles.Runs fine but getting loud on top end. any solution?

Loud in the motor sound or Loud in the exhaust sound?

Thank You It seems like it is coming from the overhead cam area. Its a 1.6 It does not effect preformance.
