Hi I am thinking of buying a new Tuscon. I live in Portugal and here the 2 litre diesel only comes with a manual gearbox. I tested the 1.7 manual which was too sluggish ,but then was offered a drive in the premium auto 1.7 with sports mode which I was told would increase power to about 140 bhp. It did seem better, but was it wishful thinking on my part maybe can anyone confirm that this power increase is genuine and if so what does it mean to fuel consumption Many thanks in advance
