Hyundai France doesn't like his customers !!!
At the end of 2005, I bought a new Matrix in France and I waited for 6 months before they fixed the gearbox ... And of course, they charged me for that.
Besides, one of the tyres was regularly flat so I decided to make it fix. So we discovered that it had already been fixed while we have not got a puncture. We payed again for that and Hyundai France refuses to believe us like the first time.
I am very surprised by such relationship and I don't succeed on having any explanation.
Do you feel it normal ?
