Hyundai Finance question

On the front of the Hyundai Finance Monthly Statement it says 'All one-time payments made online will be at No Cost to You'. But when you go to 'Make a Payment' it connects to Western Union who make a charge of 50 cents!

Charge abolished soon

Hyundai Finance say this charge will be abolished 1st November 2011.
