New to the Hyundai Scene
 

Hello,
My name is Nick if you can't tell. I just sold my 2004 Ford Ranger yesterday and bought a 2003 Tiburon GT Tuscani as well. Let me just start by saying I LOVE IT.

I like that it's a hatch because... I don't know hah. It's Rally Red, 6 speed manual. Let me tell you when trying to back the damn thing out of the spot in which it was parked at the dealer it was a pain... couldn't figure out how to go backward! My friend who works there said that I had to pull up on this thing and all the way to the right and back.

The previous owner already did what I wanted to it. It has a cold air intake with a K&N cone on it and to my delight a borla dual exhaust system on it. I'm not going to go crazy with this thing really, maybe some good performance plug wires and i think that's where i'll draw the line... for now ;)

Looks exactly like the 2004 I used to own. I loved it. Good luck with it and welcome to the forum.

Gotta love that color! I wished Hyundai would offer some more vibrant colors with the rest of the product line. The recent Sonata colors have been rather blah. Good luck with your Tiburon.

I told the guys over at RangerPowerSports that i sold my truck and got this thing and they are ripping on me like none other.
"oh that's a girl car"
"that car's a piece"
"are you retarded?"

I frankly don't care if it is a girl car. I like it and that's all that counts! Tibby, nicknamed by the russian girl i'm seeing, handles well in the snow but too much power to start from a stop in 1st and still almost too much for 2nd! I love it!

Tell them to buy one and then they can rip on them selves instead..People are silly...arent they!
