2004 Elantra - need advice for sunroof lubrication procedure

Hello everyone, When I close my sunroof from tilt, I'm getting a chatter and suspect I need to do some lubrication maintenance. Anyone know how to do this without a complete removal/disassembly?

I think you can just use some sunroof track grease and apply as close as possible. I would check out Amazon.
