Default The value of a "Welcome"

I do appreciate a "Welcome to the forum" post. It's a nice thing to do. However it should be placed as a reply to a personal introduction.
There are 3 screen names that frequently post "welcome" notes: Hyundaiciho, hyundaicaner and hyndtyfn. The similarity of these posts make me think it is one person or a bot. As it may be I wish these posts would only occur as responses to personal introductions rather than as responses to technical questions. A combination with a technical advise would be fully acceptable to me.
Whoever you are, hyundaiciho, hyndaicaner and hundtfn: welcome to the forum! - Just consider the etiquette.

Do you think you could elaborate a little as to just what topic you seek?
