General:

Owner - second, own vehicle for 1.5 years.
Mileage - 91,500 (bought at around 75k, 10-15 miles daily commute).
No accidents, the body and paint are flawless.
Warranty: the vehicle is covered by Hyundai Extended Warranty (10 years, or 100k miles) - I believe it could be transferred to a new owner.
Service records - I have COMPLETE file of all maintenance records done since 2005.
Clean title in hand.
Last service - "Hyundai recommended maintenance 90k" - done in September 2014 (paid $700), vehicle needs nothing.

Engine: V6, 2.7L, 173 HP - quite, reliable motor with sufficient torque at all RPM ranges. Additionally, it sounds way nicer compared to 4-cylinder peers.

Transmission: Automatic, 4-speed, also has manual sequential shifting mode.

Drivetrain (4x4): by default the vehicle is front 2-wheel drive - it allows to save a lot on gas when you don't need four wheel drive. However, you can either manually press a button and lock all 4 wheels, or a computer will do it for you automatically, in case needed.

Options: the vehicle is LX - top of the line - includes all possible options available at that time (AC, 6 CD changer, stereo with subwoofer, power everything, sliding sun roof, roof rack, cruise control, front and side airbags, leather interior, dual exhaust with silver tips, etc.)

Additionally:

Body color - green (breeze), polished twice a year.
Interior color - grey (leather) - clean as new (the previous owner and I both used additional carpeting in winter).
Two sets of rims (polished after each season), two sets of tires, and two sets of lug nuts: summer - 16' alloy rims and Michelin rain tires (need replacement next season); winter - 15' alloy rims and Michelin winter tires in perfect condition with amazing traction on both ice and snow.
K&N air filter, which does not need replacement.
Original Hyundai trunk floor mat.
Original Hyundai summer carpets, and aftermarket winter mats.
New Throttle Position Control sensor (September 2014).
Rotors and breaking pads - replaced around a year ago.

Issues: the only issue is the "air bag" check light on - error code for the passenger seat buckle sensor (have paper proof from dealership). Moreover, it has already been replaced before (have paper proof from dealership) and then started giving problems again after warranty period. I've tried to fight it with Hyundai, but was unlucky. Thus, I decided to leave it the way it is because they have already got enough of my money.

Reason for selling: I'd never sell this reliable Hyundai because it is in amazing condition for its year. But our life in Buffalo is over, we move to a different country.

KBB Value (with added "sliding sun roof" option for LX) - the price gap between "very good" and "excellent" conditions is $7,500 -- $7,900.
