No 16" alloys are shown as a factory option among the 2008 Accent specifications on the HMA service site. The owners manual and model specification sheet does list a 16" alloy rim for the SE, but no offset number is provided. Regardless, the offset for both the 14" and 15" factory alloys is 46 mm. I would guess the offset for the 16" is the same.
