Long story short, one of my wheel covers is got scuffed up due to a "road hazard" (curb) ;-)

My car only has ~4000 miles on it. I take it in for my first oil change this Saturday. If I mention it to Hyundai Service, would I have any luck that they would replace it for free?

No. If you damage it, it's not covered. That goes for everything on the car.
