Smile How to clean the IAC sensor

Hello I have a 2001 hyundai tiburon... and i need to clean the IAC sensor.. I was wondering if anyone knew how to take it apart and clean it myslef... Thanks if anyone can reply back to me that would be great...

Why do you need to clean the IAC?

Well a friend of mine told me this.. My car shakes everytime itstops and it shakes more when my a/c is on and my friend said I should clean that out to stop the shaking

OK, well I don't think there's much to take apart and clean. You just remove it and clean out the ports as best you can. Normally you just replace it if it's bad, but cleaning is worth a shot.
