I have a 2007 Hyundai Sonata and was ready to order XM and when I clicked the button "XM" it shows the following

XM
Loading

Any ideas as I cant get to channel 0, 1 or 247

 

Try resetting the battery (pulling off the negative terminal for 20 seconds) and see if that changes it. If not you may not even have the XM pieces in the vehicle (just because you have a button for it doesn't always mean you have everything unfortunately)
