Default Changing Factory to LCD player w/Navi

Anybody know where I can find an aftermarket CD/DVD player w/Navi, to replace the factory CD Changer in my 2008 Sonata SE???
Is it even possible????
Anybody know a decent with affordable prices???

Wat if I were to by the parts....Is it possible to do it myself???
If anyone has any experience, cud you share???
I've installed my own aftermarket car stereo before so I'm not new to it...

The best part is they have all the stuff you'll need to install it including tech support to help you if you need it.
