Default 03 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 spark problem

Hi I have a 2003 Hyundai Sonata, and my friend took the top cover off and my coil closest to the passenger side has three wires that go to the coil... Well two of the wires were good but the third one was arching out when my car was running so I turned it off and replaced the one wire... We tested the ohms on the coils and they were both bad so I replaced both of them. Still not starting so I changed the crankshaft position sensor and the cam shaft sensor still not starting... I checked all the fuses and relays their all good.. Can anyone please help me out

V6??
You had the car running and the one spark plug wire was arcing.
You replaced it and then it stopped working??
Doesn't make sense.
Did you change the ignition coils before or after it stopped working??
Did you put the wires back on in the correct order??

If the engine was running before the wire change then it should work
Unless changing the something messed it up.
Got to go back over what was done.
